Should you desire to be removed from our contact list, please call, e-mail or send us a note. Requests to update your personal information may take up to ten days for your e-mail request and 4-6 weeks to process your postal mail request.

All non-perishable products are shipped within 48hrs of receipt of your order. Perishable items are shipped based on shipping company policy timeframes to assure freshness and product quality.
Our 2 preferred shipping companies are UPS and USPS. When placing your order, you will be given options as to your shipping preferences. A shipping company & mode is then chosen to most closely match your needs. If a tracking number is available it will be emailed to you at the appropriate time.

All items purchased from Happy Husky Bakery are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the item you receive has been damaged in shipping, contact the shipping carrier as soon as damage is noticed.
In Store: In store returns must be accompanied by the original receipt or gift receipt. (Please make a copy for your records if needed.) Items must be in new resalable condition unless product is being returned due to a defect. Any refunds are made in the same type of payment in which the item was purchased. If a return is accepted without a receipt, the return is made for a merchandise credit. The credit amount is based on the current price of the item and may be subject to a sale discount. This refund is given in the form of an in-store gift card and should be treated as cash. Lost or stolen merchandise credit gift cards will not be replaced.
Online: All online non-perishable product returns must have a RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) number accompanying the shipment back to the Happy Husky Bakery. Call (847) 425-1100 to receive your RGA prior to shipping your return product. Please make sure you have your Account/Order number available when you call for your RGA. When returning your item, make sure that your RGA number, Name, Address, Phone Number, and Account/Order number is enclosed in the box. (Copy of your order receipt online may provide all this information except the RGA number.) All returned Items must be in new, resalable condition unless product is being returned due to a defect. Upon inspection and approval, accepted returns with be credited to the exact form of payment used. (i.e. The same credit card used for the purchase.) You may also have the option of the balance of the return being credited to an online only merchandise credit gift card. Gift Cards must always be treated as cash. Lost or stolen merchandise credit gifts cards will not be replaced.

All returns, particularly those for any perishable items, are at the complete discretion of the management of the Happy Husky Bakery. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase unless otherwise arranged or noted.
Gift Card Policy
Happy Husky Bakery is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged cards or by unauthorized use so a gift card should be treated as cash. This gift card is redeemable for purchases at participating Happy Husky Bakeries. Card are not redeemable for cash or its equivalent. Gift cards must be presented at the time of use. A Happy Husky Bakery gift card is not a credit card and as such has no implied warranties. Service fees may be charged to the balance of the card over time as allowed by local or state laws. The management reserves the right to refuse any gift card that is suspected to have been unlawfully acquired or not being used in accordance with this policy. A final decision as to the validity of the card will be made after an investigation of the validity of the card. The investigation will not exceed 5 business days unless the presenting party has been notified of extra time needed. This policy may change at any time without notice.
